All of our products are made to order through our trusted production partners. This means that each item is produced specifically for you after your order is placed.

Order Processing Time

Orders are typically processed and produced within 2–5 business days. During busy periods, holidays, or high-demand seasons, production times may take slightly longer.

Please note that processing time is separate from shipping time.

Shipping Time

After your order has been produced, it will be shipped directly to the address provided at checkout.

Estimated shipping times may vary depending on the destination, shipping carrier, and product type. In most cases, orders are delivered within 5–15 business days after shipment.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carrier issues, customs procedures, weather conditions, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the delivery address, product type, and shipping method available.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information, if tracking is available for your order.

Please allow some time for the tracking information to update after your order has been shipped.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.

Lobanve is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible at lobanvedesign@gmail.com.

If the order has not yet entered production or shipment, we will do our best to help update the address. However, once an order has been processed or shipped, we may not be able to make changes.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package appears to be lost or significantly delayed, please contact us at lobanvedesign@gmail.com with your order number. We will review the issue and assist you as much as possible.

Please note that once a package has been handed over to the shipping carrier, delivery is handled by the carrier.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

For international orders, customs fees, duties, taxes, or import charges may apply depending on your country’s regulations.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost.

Lobanve is not responsible for delays caused by customs procedures.
